For Canada, shipping is free on orders over $250 CAD.
If you are located in the GTA, Newmarket, Whitby, Oshawa, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Oakville, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Ottawa, Gatineau, Greater Montreal Area, or Greater Quebec Area, you can choose Local Delivery:

GTA, Newmarket, Whitby, Oshawa, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Oakville: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, Monday to Saturday. Next-day delivery for orders placed after 12 PM, Monday to Saturday. Delivery window is 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, Monday to Saturday. Next-day delivery for orders placed after 12 PM, Monday to Saturday. Delivery window is 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Ottawa, Gatineau: Next-day delivery for orders placed before or after 12 PM, Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery window is 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

You also have the Standard option: This is also free for orders over $250, where we select the best carrier to deliver your order promptly and reliably.
For paid options, you may choose any shipping carrier and delivery type at checkout.
Worldwide
- We do not offer free shipping. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer North American wide free shipping for order overs $500 unless the order exceeds the weight of 40 lbs.
In-store pickup
Thank you for choosing Maple Tattoo Supply for your shopping needs. We appreciate your business and strive to provide excellent service to all of our customers. Please review the following policy regarding local pickup orders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Packing and Preparation Time: After placing a local pickup order, our team requires one (1) business day (excluding weekends) to pack and prepare your items for pickup. This applies to all orders, whether they are being picked up by the customer or a third-party service such as Uber.
Pickup Window: Once your order is ready, you will be notified via your preferred method of contact. From the notification date, you have a four (4) week window to collect your order. Please ensure you pick up your order within this time frame to avoid any inconvenience.
Unclaimed Orders: Should an order remain unclaimed past the four-week window, the order will automatically be canceled. A full refund will be provided, less a 20% restocking fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure timely pickup of their order to avoid this fee.
Special Packing Requests: We understand that sometimes, there's urgency attached to orders. However, due to high demand and the busy nature of our warehouse, we cannot accommodate any requests for faster packing times. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to prepare your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a preparation time shorter than the aforementioned one business day.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mapletattoosupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Address Change Policy
Shipped Orders
If you place an order and would like to change the shipping address, changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. To request an address change, please email our customer service team at info@mapletattoosupply.com
with your updated information.
Local Delivery Orders
For local delivery orders, you may request a delivery address change only before the order has been delivered. All changes must be submitted by email to info@mapletattoosupply.com with your official request and the new address. Please do not contact the delivery driver directly.
