All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund for the unavailable product(s). We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and will provide a full refund in such cases.

Order Preparation and Modifications:
We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it meets our high standards. Once an order has been packed and the shipping label has been printed, we are able to process a refund, but it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of the packing materials and the shipping label. Please note that this refund will not include any shipping fees or Route Package Protection, if applicable. To avoid this fee, please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes or cancel your order.
International Orders:
For international orders, please be aware that your package will need to clear customs in the destination country. Customs procedures may require additional information from you, so it is important to respond promptly to any requests from the shipping company.


Customs duties and taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. If customs cannot reach the customer within the designated time-frame, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund minus the 20% restocking fee.
