World Famous Ink has been a fixture in professional studios across North America for long enough that most working artists have an opinion on it — and the opinion is usually that the colour stays where you put it. Rich pigmentation, consistent viscosity across the range, and a catalogue broad enough to cover every style from bold traditional through fine-line realism.

World Famous Black & Grey Ink

The black and grey range covers both ends of what a monochromatic artist needs — high-density outlining black at one end, carefully graduated greywash tones at the other. The Poch Monochromatic series is the standout here: a calibrated set of greys built for smooth tonal transitions in realism and portraiture work, where the difference between a good result and a great one is often how much control you have over mid-tone density.

      World Famous Colour Ink

Single bottles across the full spectrum — Black, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Brown, Purple, White, Pink, and Orange — in sizes from ½oz through 8oz. The range is designed to work together, so mixing for custom tones is predictable rather than trial-and-error. Good starting point for a studio building a full working palette, or for filling in specific gaps without committing to a full set.

      Artist Collaboration Sets

The most curated part of the World Famous catalogue — sets developed with specific working artists for specific techniques:

      • Sasha O'Kharin RGBY Skin Tone Set — developed for realistic skin tone work across a range of complexions
      • Luiz Lopes CMYK Set — built around colour mixing principles for artists who work from a CMYK base
      • Ilya Fom Animal Kingdom Set — calibrated for the subtle colour variation in detailed animal portraiture
      • Albert Fish Orange Blossom — high-saturation warm tones for vibrant, saturated colour work

      Specialty Mini Sets

Purpose-built sets covering Watercolour, Trash Polka, Fine Line, Japanese, and Portrait styles — each curated for the specific colour demands of that technique rather than generic starter sets.
