Price Match Policy

At Maple Tattoo Supply, we strive to offer competitive pricing to our customers. Our price match policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent. All price matching requests must meet the following conditions:

We only consider price matching competitors that are based in Canada and are authorized dealers of the brand and product in question, whether online or in a traditional retail store. We do not match pricing from liquidators, liquidation sales, marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or third-party resellers, or any closeout sales. Our price match policy applies only to companies with a physical (brick-and-mortar) retail location. We do not match competitor pricing that violates MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, or pricing that appears to be an error. Our policy also excludes matching loyalty-based pricing, spend-and-get promotions, bundle deals, or gift-with-purchase offers.

The product must be identical in brand, model, configuration, size (if applicable), colour, and version or year of manufacture. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the advertised price.

We will not price match out-of-stock products. Our customer service team must be able to verify the requested price match directly through the competitor’s website or other publicly available source. When calculating a price match, we will include the competitor’s shipping fees as part of the total price.
