Some Notes on How to Use The Printer
1. Make sure that your app version and transfer machine firmware version are in the latest state before use. Sometimes we will update the product, and the old version may lead to poor printing effect.
2. Spraying a moderate amount of alcohol with soft cotton cloth regularly and wiping the print head and roller will help the product to maintain a good state. After a long time and repeated use, cleaning is more important.
3. Ozer has developed a powerful app for their products. Take some time to study how to use each function before using it. Avoid wasting your transfer paper when you really need it.
4. When the battery power is poor, the printing effect will also be affected. In addition, it is recommended to use the original charger for charging to avoid damage to the battery and affect its service life.
5. When printing, there will be two lines on the left and right sides. This is our patented technology, which is used to eliminate the transfer paper wrinkle caused by hot melting. If it affects your work, you can always turn off this function before printing.
